Very good trip in cycle in the middle of the desert. Fantastic view clean. They have clean shower if u need to take a shower after riding. It's free and open 24/7 they have several routes starting from 8 km till 30 km.

Very nice cycling track. You can focus entirely on your training as there are no distractions. Too far though.

The track quality is great however the place is quite far, usually windy and my most concern is not having an emergency Crew close by. It is in the middle of no where and if you get injured somewhere in the middle of the track good luck getting help. So make sure you take your phone with you.
They have clean restrooms, changing rooms, prayer area, a small store a cycling shop where you can rent a bike or get your bike serviced. I just wish they had someone to manage the thank and it would be perfect.

Amazing track
Various types of bikes available for rent at a rather cheap price
the staff are super friendly and helpful, they're more than willing to help you out if you're just starting off.
There are different lengths to choose from; 8, 16, 20, 30, etc, kms
There is also a small convenience store (adnoc oasis) in case you need to intake sustenance
overall experience was amazing, was just a little hard to find at first at my own fault.

So well laid out. Option to cycle an 8, 16, 20, 22, or 30 kilometre loop. All share the same start and end point, as well as the first 4, 8, 10, or 11 kilometres. Not terribly challenging but a very smooth surface. Some slopes and inclines. Well laid out and marked with distance markers and signs. Can only cycle in one direction, as opposed to Al Qudra in Dubai. This isn't necessarily a criticism. Just a quirk. Tracks are all completely illuminated so it can be ridden any time of the day or night.
Great facilities. Parking, Toilets, showers, a bike shop and a 24 ADNOC. And it costs nothing. Fantastic facility.
It's a little bit in the middle of nowhere though. That's the only real criticism it warrants.

The finest place to cycle in Abu Dhabi. Quiet, nice views. There is also a bicycle shop and a small grocery. The place offers clean showers and restrooms too.

Top grade track. Different lengths to suit your fitness level. Change rooms, food, coffee and a bike shop that always seems to be open. Great place to come and clear your head, with its open desert/'forest' sections. Not so good when it is windy as there is limited protection from the wind.
