This mall is still new and pretty quiet. What stands out here is the new cinema on the top floor. My family and I attended the movies here and were treated like royalty by the management and staff of the cinema. They were extremely welcoming and accomodating. I cannot wait to see what els is coming at this mall.

Big mall and new and well maintained facility. K M trading is the only marchent inside and most of the space is vacant.

It's a developing mall there are still some malls to be opened some programs take place there its nice and the mall has opened a cinema now so that's great.

A limited growing mall. Still many shops yet to be occupied. Has some good features like good coffee shops & restaurants. & rotana hotel next to it

Big mall near Buraimi border. Less crowded as compared to to other malls. Parking is easily available. Good offers but still expensive. Many shops are closed.

Nice the saga supermarket have fresh vegetable with affordable price evry weekend and there points card if you buy there alwys is really excellent. The people will be happy in this way of service the safa give to the customer. Thank you.

This mall is dead except for Safa. One point though, the icecream safa sells is not placed under proper temperatures which will give you a sore tummy.
