Overall experience was good. However, Instead of sending an engineer to inspect the issue since I have the m issue long time ago, the engineer sent the labor/technician to inspect instead of him to observe the issue. In my opinion the inspection should be done throughly to identify the infected area and source of infection. Both was not identified professionally or technically “this opinion based on my previous role in the same field of this company specialization”. I hope that the issue will despair with their treatment “pesticide” with the followed procedure.
