  My son was treated by the physical therapist Dr. Sivaguronathan Murojanantham. He was very cooperative and do his work sincerely and I saw a remarkable improvement for my son thanks to God and the help of Dr. Sivaguronathan.

  I have requested my child's immunization records through the DOH hotline and emailed them, they replied to me attaching a vaccination record of her which of course is not what I requested. As per reply it was the only record of my child on the system. I was desperate and was losing hope but one day i received a call from madam Mariam Al Hababi of Al Towayya Children's Specialty regarding my request, and then she asked me if we might use a phone number by that time we did my child's immunization day, i gave my husbands number just to try then all her records shows on the system. So grateful for you madam Mariam Al Hababi, thumbs up mam. You did a great job 👍 thank you so much. 🙏

  I have been visiting the clinic for almost 4 years . Best staff I met from the receptionist and nurses and best Phiosotherapiest in Al ain Dr Siva. He is working from his heart. I went to most private center and government. But I never seen Dr like him . Working hard to help the children to improve. Hope the management will appreciate his hard work. And support to improve the clinic more and more.

  I have been visiting the clinic for the past 1 year for my kid's vaccination, The staff was quite friendly and the service was exceptional.. especially Mr khalifa al kaabi at the reception was very much professional and graceful in his approach. Overall it was a nice experience...

  My 6.5 yrs old daughter had tooth infection. Tooth extraction tried in a clinic but she did not allow even by spending 2.5 hours. We were searching for sedation so we can remove her tooth. Tried in many clinics and pvt hospital their cost was also high from 2k to 5k.
  Luckily we went to this Seha speciality center as walk in reception staff informed us estimated turn.
  After 30-40 mins our turn came we were asking for moderate to deep sedation on cash basis but luckily they took us to one professional, experienced dental specialist Dr. Saffeena Azeez. She just saw the tooth and removed the it in just 3-5 mins procedure with only a local injection.
  It was a great experience and very cost effective as well.

  Great clinic, 99% reception and customer service are respectable towards patients,
  Water dispenser shall be provided in clinic as other hospitals provids everywhere.

  Best clinic I have ever seen, with a welcoming attitude and a lovely smile, but male and female are on standby to help you in anyway they can, thanks to them, my baby is always bouncing like a newborn baby

  One of the worst places In AlAin in terms of customer service snd reception staff attitude. Over last three years I have seldom found them welcoming, courteous or cooperative. Their best strategy is get rid of you somehow. It takes at least 3 hours to see a doctor even if there are total three patients. Appointments are a mystery at this place. If you go without appointment, you see people being served who came after you because of appointment. If you ask for appointment, they have simple answer that there is no appointment needed. Certain nationalities are given priority. I have actually stopped going there.
