Has been prepared for parking now
It's a place to meet new friends from different countries sharing their experiences in the UAE
Resting place were you can meet with friends
For me it's not a park. It can be called as small green area beside Satwa Bus Stand. In reviews, people are getting it mixed with Satwa Park 3 which just behind Shiekh Zayed road & they also posted wrong snaps.
This small green area contains few benches only. Majority, African nationalities can be seen here, sitting on the benches. There is nothing for families or kids in this green area. During winter, if someone has to wait for his friend on Bus stand then it's a nice place to sit, & wait. Besure, it's not a quite sitting area.
Nice
Nice place
This is a good palace for outings
Al Satwa Park is one of the most popular and crowdy park in the area.
Most of the people belong to different Nationalities come and sit here to release their stress and tiredness, it looks like a very near to the Nature which gives us a natural calmness.

Nice park
Nice small park right behind Sh. Zayed Road skyscrapers. Fairly peaceful.
Small rubber running track.
Shady with mature trees. Needs some local trees like Ghaf to provide year round shade and reduce water consumption. Too much grass and all spray irrigated unfortunately. Could really benefit from underground irrigation.
Three play areas for children. Fitness equipment is broken and needs repair.
Toilets are in temporary portacabins and in need of rebuilding and renovation.
Small basic cafeteria serving juices and basic worker fare. Could do with a nice local cafe at such a nice leafy location next to hundreds of office and apartment tenants. A few hotels are in walking distance such as Towers Rotana, Millenium, Shangri La.
Metro Stations for Emirates Towers and Financial District are in walking distance especially in winter.
Park is nice but needs improvement to bring it back to peak.
