Useless staff over there, that do not even know their own cars! I had an appointment and parked my car. Then a security guy sneaked next to my car and tried to open my door (which was locked). I left the car and asked him, why he tries to open my door and he could not answer this question. He asked me if I want to bring my car for the service. (I bring my Suzuki car to the Suzuki workshop. So what else should I want over there???) I confirmed to him and asked him again, what was the reason, that he just tries to open my door. He still had no answer for me.
Then I went to the Aftersales Service Representative. He came to see my parked car and said: OMG siiiir, what happend to your mirrors? (I have a brand new 2017 car with automatic folding mirrors, which were folded because it is parked.) And before I could even reply that guy jumped at my car, grabbed the mirror on they drivers side and bent it to the outer side with his bare hands!!! SERIOUSLY WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS GUYS OVERTHERE??? I told him that this is a folding mirror and there is a button on the drivers side to release it for driving. I started the car, pushed the button and my side mirror overbended, because of this nasty handbending by the Customer Service Representative. Then he took his hands and bend it back to the correct position. Luckly it still worked. This people that they employ have seriously never seen a car before. At least they should give them a proper training and tell them to respect their customers property. I am extremely unsatisfied with my aftersales experience. And this is the official retailer of Suzuki cars. Very sad.response / report this review -

Go there if u have a Suzuki vehicle. Little bit expensive but you will get a better service
