so i was trying to call the spare parts dep. after at least calling for 5times with no answer, i decided to call the operator, who informed me that they also as a main branch have problems contacting the spare parts dep. and that i should keep trying if I have available time until they answer. how professional is that !!!! like seriously!!!!

They only care until you bought a car over there. After that, they do not care about you anymore. In their cars, they do not put the original Suzuki Navigation System in order to rip you off with an Aftermarket Device. They charge you 2,500 AED for an Aftermarket device, whichs value is less than 1,000 AED. I bought it mainly for navigation purpose and they promised the maps will be up to date. So it is 2017 and they put maps from 2009 inside the system. This is totally unacceptable, particular in Dubai where the roads change continously and you need an update every year. I send an email to the sales person regarding the old maps and asked how to update it and they just ignore my email. Another bad point about all Suzuki cars in the GCC is, that they beep continously when you reach the speedometer at 120km/h. All other car brands stop after a while, but not Suzuki cars. They make sure, that you get a headache while driving from the beep beep beep.
