  Pathetic service amateur staff who doesnt know professionalism. I wont even give 1 star to ds store no follow ups with cms like they are selling plastic on that store..
  Or doing favour that cm is buying from them...

  One of the most authentic and honest jewellers in the UAE. They have amazing assortments which are also greatly priced. They would also purchase used pieces for excellent rates, sometimes even double when compared to other shops. I only use them for my gold needs and will continue to do so.

  I visited Dubai in June 2019; I knew I wanted to bring back a little gold souvenir for myself (bracelet). After visiting a few stores; I definitely found what I was looking for at Al-Romaizan Jeweller. I was mesmerized by the beautiful gold designs this store carries; there's definitely something for every taste. I was very please with the customer service I received, my sales person was pleasant and patient with me, I got a great price on my beautiful gold bangle. The only thing I regret was not buying more gold pieces. I will definitely visit this store again the next time I'm in Dubai. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.

  They’re amazing,
  Visited this store twice and honestly they’re the only ones I felt comfortable enough to buy from. They’re really friendly and took the time to explained every little detail of each item to their customers. No cheating and no waste of time for sure. Tell them the price you prefer and they will do their best, not like other sellers. I would definitely buy from them again in the future.
