Deposit not returned despite the promise to be sent by Western Union. No response to several e-mails. The only reason I didn't give them one star is because they provided the service when I needed it (although the car was old, smelly and some control lights were blinking) with no questions asked. Nevertheless, to lie about the deposit return is unacceptable. The man on the picture was the one that told me that deposit will be returned after 14 days. Bad English cannot be an excuse for fraudulent activity, and looking at other customer’s reviews, my case is not an exception.
