After taking the money and informing the part will be ready in 3 days, they brought a wrong part. Then they told to wait 2 weeks to bring the part from abroad. Took 3 weeks. Communication almost one way. Need to improve managment and costumer satesfaction Perfection.

They support delivery so it will save a lot of time visiting the industrial area of Sharjah. They have original parts or German parts. Payment by credit card is available.

I would like to bring the attention to the owner and in charge of Al Nesr Thahabi Auto Spare Parts. Please replace the lady who answers your business Land line AROUNG 4PM -5PM, as she has no etiquette does not even introduce the company name nor greats the customer on the other line and above all that when a customer requests to speak to the manager in charge she simply says its not possible and hangs the call?! Blindly saying that your company does not sell Ford parts right and then closes the line on me without even waiting for me to close the line?! called 3 times as my 3rd call i have informed her that she has no rights cutting the line on customers and that she will expect me in the shop and will complain regarding her customer service! very unprofessional she is a disaster to your business as she drives the customer away!

UPDATE 1/Oct/18- Ordered some parts via WA as soon as they opened and they were at my door within the hour. The delivery boy brought along a machine for credit card payment which was helpful. Badruddin, the person handling the WA number did a great job in coordinating. Responses were quick and precise. A good change from my past experience with them. Increasing the rating by one star!!

ORIGINAL REVIEW-
Neutral experience with the staff. Ive picked up a few parts from there and had parts home delivered as well. The person handling their WA number is incompetent. Ive been asking for the availability of a grommet since months and he has been ignoring it. He keeps telling me he will get back to me but never does. Apart from that, my experience with them has been 'ok'.

EDIT: I received a call from the concerned person with details on the grommet and the customary sob stories after putting up this review. Since the part was to be ordered, i had to visit their store and make an advance payment which I did the following weekend. 10 days later, it was delivered to my home.

I would urge all customers to be extremely careful while they visit this shop. They have the worst customer service ever. They have unqualified staff who advise wrong parts and their delivery is very late not as per agreed. Their management would try to cover their staff by trying to offer free stuff to customers with bad experiences in order to hide their true identity. Their competitors next door are more experienced and have qualified staff for the best experience.

I bought two fans (cooling fan and AC fan) for my car. My car overheated in the middle of Sheikh Zayed road because both fans stopped working after two months. Contacted Al Thahabi and they told me "Sorry Sir electronic parts don't have a warranty". Two fans old + Two new fans + Recovery truck + Additional labour cost= 2000AED. Save yourself time and money and don't buy Chinese parts form Al Thahabi.

Hopefully I will not have a head gasket problem (overheated engine) then the damage will be 5000+ AED

Reply: To be precisely 3 months (30.04). The old one where working for 10 years (car is 2007) a new one from Al Thahabi 3 months. And now Al Thahabi is saying something is wrong with my car and there is nothing wrong with the Fans. The report from garage. "The issue is with the fans, cheap quality".

Do not Even think of ordering online with these people.. Soo unprofessional and trust me you will never get it.. They will rush you to do the payments and thats it.. Then you will have to run after them.. Specially if you are dealing with the person name Muhammed Shihab.

The part I ordered online which they were promised me a home delivery, I had to go Sharjah to there place to collect it.. Thats there delivery service Please do not regret by dealing with these people

Very bad service , they don't deliver what they say we have to call and call again and again but they just don't care , after giving order for parts they can't arrange in a week also , so finally I have to go some other shop. Very bad they never deliver my items after I paid they just said home delivery but no delivery .
