  Very unprofessional staff. They did not let me enter and closed the door at 2.50pm saying system is shut and timings outside says closing at 3pm. Should change closing time to 2.45pm and not 3pm.

  very bad service.
  ive called them many times noone picks up and one lady picked up a local lady she is like "um umm?"
  i wasted my credit on her . dont even understand standard english.

  This place has the most horrible service ever. I went to get my parcel and they asked me for money. They don’t know how serve their customers and the people working there are so rude and misbehaving.
  They had my stuff for over a week and they didnt have enough audacity to call me and tell me that my parcel has arrived. None of the courier company does that.

  Horrible service! I went there to receive a package and place was empty and they took so long call up my token number. In the middle one of the ladies was showing the other videos on the phone and they were watching together. Then they asked me whats in the package and then said i have to pay 41 dhs customs for a half kg watch. They dint inform me on the website so i didnt have cash and they refused to take card. Then I had to go home and get cash and they didn't have change for 4 dhs. Then I had to get change from a grocery and come back. Pathetic service and extremely unfriendly staff. Even the Ipad for me to give feedback wasn't working(surprise!).
  Will probably never order anything that requires me to go to this place again.

  local ladys there was not friendly, mostly all of them. they are lazy to find untrack package even already in their office. always all of their face was not happy soecially in the morning. iys near in my place that is why i always recieve my package there! but i feel so small as they are not to happy to serve people! i hope they can see my message😏

  Good service. Polite staff.
  International Driving Permit issued in minutes
  
  But didn't respond to phone call that I made prior to the visit.
