i called two times and asked some general quires regarding school books.but unfortunately the persons attended the call was very rude and not even able to communicate properly as if he didnt care about the business. might be due to monopoly of our own school deal for them.

The place is good but the staff i have encountered twice during my 2 visits was the same person in the Store and it was horrible. I would not mention his name but to be honest he doesn't even know the basics of CUSTOMER SERVICE. My experience was horrible plus in the end he always fools around during computation of the things and thinks that the customer doesn't know how to do basic addition. During my twice visits always charging extra and by EXTRA charges i don't mean 20 or 30 aed infact always charges extra like 70 to 80 aed and saying the total only in the end. Please stop doing this kind of fraud and if you assist the customer well in return the customer might give you a tip instead of cheating like this. Anyway when asked to compute again as i already doubted it was done wrong at the first place then from extra 70 to 80 aed it became less wow only taking extra 20 aed this time and that also by increasing the prices of the things which had no price tags in the end saying "Madam i gave you complementary thing" lol as if doing a favour.
P.S. no need to give any complimentary thing but instead please do your job honestly and STOP CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS.response / report this review -

Staffs don't know how to respect to the customer.
Prices are not standard they are charging as they want.
I paid 20 for book, the same book was only 10 while my friend bought.
