I highly appreciate Mr Martin..who was helping me throughout one of the difficult order which one of my friends placed.. she didn’t give proper details about location but he made it without any convenient.. Mr Martin n whole team is very focused on their work. And prices are cheaper thn any other place.specially from schools.

Last night 1st time visited these looters. Honestly can prove with the bills. Muna gave 300/- after discount for grade 1 complete books and very next door Al Amin books shop same books got @ 230/- with invoice. Moreover when I asked why so much difference and a stupid reply from one of the staff that next door can give free but we can’t and next door owner himself is there and here we are employees.which means Muna books have to generate their salaries by charging us high prices???

Selling book at very higher price exactly 20% high compare to other book shop, when I asked to the seller he said the other book shop is very jealous to us and make competition with us this is not a valid reason which I got from them, this is haram charging 20% extra.
totally unacceptable I will never visit to munna book shop and I strongly suggest to compare the price from other book shop before you visit or buying from munna book shop.
If you have 3 kids then you are paying 60% extra money. Our money is very hard earned money avoid munna book shop strongly recommended.report this review -

I don't get what people are complaining about. The service there was really good, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The prices are not as high as people are trying to make it seem like. It's the same as Goyal or any other place. I'd gone to buy a set of books for my younger brother and I'll continue to go here till he graduates. Highly recommend !

Very bad experience. They are selling the books at higher price compare to other book shops.
The same books you will get at cheaper price from other. I got from them then I checked with Al Ameen books shop next to Al Munna, there was a big difference in price.
I recommend Al Ameen Books shop.

first time I visited the shop yesterday Gems whatever books are available most of the books are old edition balance books they say pls collect later and after purchasing the books they don't even exchange with the new ones
will prefer to go to goyal always without any hesitation atleast you will find all correct books with cheap price.report this review -

i called two times and asked some general quires regarding school books.but unfortunately the persons attended the call was very rude and not even able to communicate properly as if he didnt care about the business. might be due to monopoly of our own school deal for them.

The place is good but the staff i have encountered twice during my 2 visits was the same person in the Store and it was horrible. I would not mention his name but to be honest he doesn't even know the basics of CUSTOMER SERVICE. My experience was horrible plus in the end he always fools around during computation of the things and thinks that the customer doesn't know how to do basic addition. During my twice visits always charging extra and by EXTRA charges i don't mean 20 or 30 aed infact always charges extra like 70 to 80 aed and saying the total only in the end. Please stop doing this kind of fraud and if you assist the customer well in return the customer might give you a tip instead of cheating like this. Anyway when asked to compute again as i already doubted it was done wrong at the first place then from extra 70 to 80 aed it became less wow only taking extra 20 aed this time and that also by increasing the prices of the things which had no price tags in the end saying "Madam i gave you complementary thing" lol as if doing a favour.
P.S. no need to give any complimentary thing but instead please do your job honestly and STOP CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS.report this review -

Staffs don't know how to respect to the customer.
Prices are not standard they are charging as they want.
I paid 20 for book, the same book was only 10 while my friend bought.
