Really bad service, they rent me a smoking car, and we found cigarette in the car. When i told to the guy whom bring the car to me, he said it's a none smoking car, however since i don't smoke , i can tell it's a not cleaned car. After they took my money and then never reply your message. Also they charged AED75+AED75 for delivery and pick up fee. BUT the guy did not mention the pick up charge. Cause i have rent car before in the other rental car company and they only charge one time for this service. Anyway, if you are rich and have too mych money no way to use, you can rent a car here, otherwise don't choose this shop, they take your money and don't give you service!!!!!!! Now i'm worry about my deposit will not being sent back to me.

after 30 days, i sent the email with all documents they need and called them saveral times, however no one reply the email and no one answered the phone. Finally i called police to report this issuesresponse / report this review -

I usually go with other providers, but I gave this one a go. I love it! The pick up and drop off is quite efficient. The car is great and the price is awesome, as a comparison, I got the same car model with another rental company for nearly 3 times the price!! I didn't get extra charges, I will definitely deal with them again next time.

This car rental has such a bad service that they they will RUIN ur day
Ive been trying to reach them via email, whatsapp,
msgs and even facebook for a month now but no
one bothers to respond. But they have time to
send all the promotions on whatsapp and
facebook. They just dont respond to complains or
request.
Worst Service and No commitment
This is a worst team ever seen in the rent a car
market. They will show offers and collection of cars and After All personal Documents are collected and they promise everything and the car never came and some guy called after the deliver time promised and asking for details again I guess they merely need our datas and documentsresponse / report this review -

They have unique cars, reasonable rates, exceptional service quality. I recommend dealing with them. I am surely coming back to rent with them

They are robbers!!! It is as simple as that!! A real nightmare!!
They give you the car and hold 1500 dhs as a deposit for fines and never return the amount back to your account!!
I threatened them I will file a police case against them so they replied with regrets and promises to return the amount asap then nothing happened!!
I'm filing the case with the police. I don't know how they are still operating in Dubai until now.
Avoid them at all cost and for those who were not reimbursed for the deposit amount, we can file a shared case against them to stop them from robbing people.response / report this review
