Only 2 cashier counters open on busy hours. Why on earth? Lines are always huge. The experience just keeps getting more and more horrific.

Im waitin my delivery sinc 3 hrs and i call them 2time and they reply me its onthe way..is it take 3 hrs to come from al maya to intercontinental hotel appartmant?and they promice me 45 minets and im not happy about your timing place dont promice if you cant doit.

It's great because they deliver, all other big supermarket don't. Only problem is that they don't have a portable card machine to make payments. I was assisted by a very helpful man called manoj.
