  Very unkempt and shabby. Some of the staff are not very friendly and look like they're fed up with life. Not exactly the best customer service experience.

  Very bad customer service, don't know how to behave to customer. they treated like a thief .. asking keep my laptop bag in floor. They didn't have proper location to keep bags.
