Economic department cashiers making fool to the people for the payment of license fee they want tasheel card and charging 10 DHS for it and when I went to the counter for license issues or printing she said you have to visit same branch where you put request for renewal and then not refunding my money I have to wait for long unless other people use the same card

Very bad service, untrained staff, they are here to make your life difficult, it was much easier and convenient to get your things done from the consulate, that’s what happened when they know that customers have no choice

Custmer Happiness Centre? Do you really mean it? 2 times Fee charged for one transaction and no refund. To do errors or mistakes is fine., however if you are not willing to correct it, is not fair. I took it as a loss on my part. Thanks for calling 3 times for the same and not actually helping. All the best..

Extremely poor service, too much delay, forgot to upload required documents, wrong name spelling.

Long waiting time . staff took my documents then went upstairs, floor 1 and stayed there for half an hour later I went upstairs to find out that the staff was chatting with a visitor during duty and nothing was done on my application, once I was spotted, the staff started working on my application.

Hummm
The only regret is I can't finish my transaction in other Emirates if it is related to Sharjah emigration. Wondering why?
Professional UAE national staff who's handling all transactions here.
Flexible payment method with credit card. Yet they do add some unjustified persentage. Parking are available in this area.
