  Dr. Mohammed was very kind and helpful. Nurse Eman was patient and took care when escorting me to the different rooms.

  Some staff are very rude and dismissive. As an expatriate, I expected more courtesy from fellow expatriates who works here but I was disappointed. Surprisingly, a local staff was able to be more helpful and resolved my concern amidst the crude behavior of his colleagues.

  The staff members here are all super friendly and understanding, the location isn't bad at all. With that said, the clinic as a facility seems to have things that hinder it from functioning in a timely manner. Their systems are constantly lagging, which stops the staff members from processing the patients fast enough. This in general causes the patients to become weary, which in turn, bore a weight on the staff and they become disheartened.
  
  Also, wish their timings had an extra hour to it, I wasn't able to visit this facility because of my own working hours, which I can't take a break from because I'm still on probation, and considering the nature of this clinic, sort of defeats the purpose and adds that few extra steps and headache needed to obtain a certificate.
  
  But all in all, I think they just need to upgrade their systems/hardware, and maybe have an all where you can download a copy of the certificate.

  Front desk was a long waiting one receptionist was working at registration other was leaving the seat and moving around with mobile.
  Very inefficient working.
  Waited 30min after coupon ,register only 2 person in that time. Suggest
  To have at least both person working actively
