VERY POOR SERVICE & DISRESPECT TO CUSTOMERS, i bought a frame from hamden street branch, and after wearing it couple of times i started noticing the glass is not well fitted in the frame, later the glass started popping out every time i wear them, i brought it back the next year (I was out of town) and they said they fixed it. and i took it, only to notice they really did nothing, but i was not able to take it back to them til a year after, the person there started saying that i sat on the frames & left it in the car and that is why the glass pops out, when really the frame is perfectly fine, not suffering any breakage or anything of what he said, the frame was kept in its box the whole time, but the poor service and irrespecutful manner made him accuse me of damaging the frame, when it was only their fault of selling me a defected frame.
