  Prepare to bring time. Simple car pick-up takes easily 1 hr and longer. You'll get the standard answer: "Sit down sir, it will only take 5 to 10 min". Meanwhile I'm waiting for over an hour and no car inside, but I've been handed off to 3 different ppl meanwhile.

  Poor Customer Service. I called to ask for an assistance however the Receptionist who attended the call was RUDE. I was not expecting this attitude for a customer service agent not a receptionist. A customer who is calling the service center merely is need of help but because of the Impoliteness that was showed it gives more frustrations and disappointments to us (customer).
