Absolute garbage, waited for a bus to Al Ain for over half an hour and then the people who came last got to get in but myself and a few of the people who waited from the start didn’t get in, you’re better off paying 200AED for a taxi than paying 20 for a rubbish bus which doesn’t even count the number of seat and sell tickets accordingly

This is a very convenient bus station. You can find buses to any part of UAE. And it has ticket purchasing and nol card facilities. There is staff on site which can guide you. There are also different shops where you buy food etc.
