The cars are great, the al ain service center is a disaster. A service advisor named Ahmed Magdy is a nightmare. Went with my car for a battery fault check and they refuse to check it as I passed a few hundred kms due for service. This means that if you don't service the car with them they don't cover it under warranty. Wait for it

Status update- received a call from them saying that the battery is ready for replacement.

Surprisingly, I came across an article saying MOE, UAE has waived the compulsion of getting Cars serviced from the dealers to have the dealers warranty.

I am maintaining my toyota camry car AD49408 at Toyota Alfuttaim Al Ain Service Centre. Services here are quite exceptional. All staff are very cordial and caring.
