  The clinic must close at 10pm not 4pm at lest as we are leaving faraway from any nearest hospital also they have to open emergency section 100% of people whose leaving here they have kids and we have difficulties at night to reach the hospitals at midnight with street full of tracks if one of our kids get really sick
  
  I wish that someone can take our advice.
