You can visit Al Bateen Health centre to enquire about the children vacicnations required as per the UAE Health Dept.

Helpful staffyou might have to ask 2-3 people before you meet the correct relevant person though however, its well organised and not very crowded.. hence easy to navigate within the health centre.

Nearest bus station to reach here is a Al Bateen Mall

There is no such good informative reception to provide necessary guidance through their services but the security guy managing this additional duty as he can. The next things are they have good seating facility with tea 🍵 or coffee ☕ for customers. Also available reading 📖 books. As of my experience to take umrah vaccination 💉, the morning shift staff is very friendly and provided appointment on 5 pm but unfortunately the evening shift make us crazy by waiting more than hour even we attend on time. Allah kareem

friendly and nice neighborhood/area clinic. accepts walk ins, comfortable waiting area with free water & often coffee and dates.

i saw Dr. Shaima Al Jasmi a day after i came back from traveling, in which i was fatigued and didn’t go to work. she was very friendly and helpful. on my way out she asked me if i smoked and advised me to stop due to its harmful effects. she also told me about a smoking cessation treatment and suggested that i give it a try, before which i never considered a smoking cessation. treatment. it was a quick visit but left with a very good impression. i felt proud seeing a professional young emirati doctor like Dr. Shaima.

In addition, my mom goes here for her diabetic medication refills (which often means me going on her behalf) and the people working at the pharmacy & reception have always been helpful to me when it came to that.

i recommend this clínic if you live in or nearby the area.

This place is an absolute disappointment. I went after experiencing migraines for a week, I saw dr. Fatima Nasir and she was so rude. Instead of treating me like a patient, she started lecturing me. As patients, we go to the hospital for help, vulnerable and in pain, we trust our health in the hands of the whole hospital. Now imagine the disappointment when the dr you see treats you with disrespect? She started blabbering some science and drawing out diagrams. I immediately requested for another doctor (who turned out to be kind and caring, her name is Dr. Abeer).

Another problem I encountered was at the reception. There was this lady called Saneyah, and she kept speaking to me with her nose held up high. When you chose to be a receptionist, you have to understand that patient care comes first. You have to be considerate and kind. I do not tolerate rudeness. No one should. The administration have to be selective with who they hire, they need staff who are actually qualified at customer service, who have good qualities of empathy, kindness, tolerance!

Also just to add. The nurse didn’t even take my temperature, just my blood pressure. And the doctor did not even examine me. Just asked me a bunch of questions.

We put our health and trust in your hands. You should understand that we are in pain, we want to be treated and taken care off, not given rudeness and attitude.

When an patient feels unsafe, what is really the use of this clinic?

I am never going back there ever again.

Worst healthcare ever, i came prior to my appointed time 15 minutes earlier and had to wait another 50 minutes just to get my blood test results, the suggestions and complaints box is just for decoration.
