  Called today (18/06/2016) to check the rate and the girl on the phone, I don't know if she's just having the bad day of all bad days but just kept repeating the same 3 phrases again and again on the phone like she was mental. I had to hang up. I thought in the beginning she was talking to someone in the shop but after about a minute or more of trying to talk through to her and stop the madness I just had to give up. Checking the rate there later it was the worst out of all the 4 other exchange places in the mall by a lot. First time ever to post a review here. Just had to share this experience to others.
