  Just here to write about Dr. Sultan Alamimi. These 5 stars ⭐ are for him, his wonderful way of dealing with patient, his explanation . He is the perfect Doctor to ever exist. Soo impressed at the first consultation itself. We need more Doctors like Dr. Sultan in UAE.

  Amazing service superb friendly staff, excellent receptionist, especially Ms Badriya who helped and arranged immediate dr for my father having tooth ache. Dr Rasha, words are less to express gratitude for her excellent dental service.

  I am writing to share my exceptional experience with Dr. Sara, a dentist who went above and beyond in providing exceptional care for my special needs brother.
  
  For more than 10 years, my brother had an issue with his teeth that we had been unable to find a solution for until we visited Dr. Sara. From the moment we met her, she took the time to explain the process and made sure that we understood what to expect every step of the way.
  
  Dr. Sara took all of our concerns into account before and after the procedure, and made sure to follow up with us by phone even after the treatment was complete to ensure that we were following the proper care regimen. She truly took accountability for her job and was an invaluable part of my brother's treatment.
  
  We were incredibly lucky to have Dr. Sara on our side throughout this process. Her professionalism, expertise, and caring nature made all the difference in the world. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of dental care, especially those with special needs.
  
  Thank you, Dr. Sara, for everything that you have done for my brother and our family. You truly are a credit to your profession.

  Really disappointing
  They made me wait for almost 2 hours and then they say: the doctors can’t see you!
  As if our time is worth nothing to them.

  I don’t understand why there’s no medical examination of doctors, really a big disappointment. Dr Basit M Hasan ( Dr Basit Mustujabh Hasan) who is working at Al Ain Dental Centre ( Seha Ambulatory Services) is mentally ill n suffering from schizophrenia , the disease he got from his mother as heredity. Dr Basit Hasan is endodontist

  Very poor customer service. Visited with a "senior" dentist who was upset his AC wasn't working and forgot to explain what he was doing and I was subjected to the most painful drilling of my old filling! I pushed him away and ran out with a whole in my tooth. No apology or explanation was given! I went to their "patients affairs" officer who again offered no apology on behalf of the one and only Al Ain Specialty Dental Center. I was returned to the registration desks and was assigned to another dentist who was not ebee informed of my situation! Got my tooth filled after the "needle" and I ran out to file a complaint with Abu Dhabi Government customer experience portal.

  I had so far 3 appointments in this clinic. It was a great experience every time. The admin staff is very polite and kind, the gp doctors very well trained .
