  I only gave that rating and not less because of my personal & family experience in there : 3 kids, 1 whole year, only one advanced was the eldest, while the other 2 were noticed to decline.. Management does not listen carefully to parents.. And my child was physically abused by bully kids, and we were told that the offender was a kid with "special needs!" His problem was "anger management & control"!!! I couldn't believe that when I was talking to the vice principal! At that point I decided to take my 3 kids out! Impression : nice school from inside..
  variations between grades are huge. Education is highly dependent on teacher rather than a system.
