  I was having agency provided insurance through this company , while i contacted them to enquire about renewal the response was so bad , even the guy shut the call saying ”I’ll call back as he is busy at the moment with office works ” and he never called me back or responded to my email. If for renewal this is behavior, I can imagine how they will react to “claims”. So everyone please be cautious with this “non customer friendly company “.
