Extremely supportive in the whole process from selecting property till giving timely possession with amazing product qualitythe Villa are a great package with excellent lay out, ceiling height, best quality of tiles, fittings, fixtures etcgiving a premium look and feel at affordable costs.

Remember this is the biggest scam ever, if they are saying they will give you on time this is the biggest lie , if you want to buy here buy ready property , in off plan / under construction they will say u will get it after 6 months but they will handover the property after 2 to 3 years or maybe after 10 years

Its all a lie, what ever they tell you its 100% a lie. Con artist at their best. Nothing works not one thing from water facilities nor electricity. Roads are bad and no management at all you will be left in the dark until your contracted is over waste of money and time allot of pain and suffering. Poisonous place. Don’t believe any good reviews its all a lie.

Just moved here couple weeks ago. New villa/uptown house project in Ajman. Seems they want to make it like Mirdif Uptown in Dubai side. Developer said they will have their own shopping mall and school in the future. My real estate agent told me around 150 families live here.
My place have 3 floors. Ground floor for kitchen and sitting area, 1st and 2nd floor is bedroom. Each floor has its own toilet and shower except ground floor only toilet. For the price, its cheaper than dubai for sure. Got my 2 BR villa for 36k in 1 check. Price varied up to 42k annualy for 2BR depend from the owner. I think we found ourself lucky to get that price. Agent fee is surprisingly high which is 5k. Another charges is fix 200 AED monthly for sewerage. My wife loved the place so we just go ahead with it.
It does far away from anywhere especially if you used to live in Dubai. No FEWA, they using generator. Haven't move my internet connection yet but I called Etisalat and they do provide internet acsess here.
Quiet place as of now. Nice to see my son play skateboard without worry of car.
In my opinion, building quality is average not as good flat I used to live in Al Nahda Sharjah area. Maintenance are not great. They do have 24/7 service only for emergency. I called for leak from my toilet, they didn't come till I write this review. But they did come right away when no water in our villa.response / report this review -

All the good reviews are fake. The main guy was a scammer, money hungry prick, alot of investors are stuck as it is not completed and they have paid over 50k dollars plus including me and they are not doing anything as everyone has stopped paying, avoid at all costs

The worst facility I ever had to deal with. Nobody is.competent. they blame each other and.nothing.gets fixed. Poorest quality. If I want to burn money here is the opportunity.

Project which was suspended during recession, 10 years old, now real estate sector is on a upward trend, resumed construction, might take couple of years to complete

Very poorly architecture​ who ever design this project is stupid and not qualified bathrooms they designed are the worst one when you take a shower water stayed​ on the floor you have to take 4/5 minutes to clean and dry the floor even if you knock on the wall you feel that they are empty Evan doors and locks are very low quality material

Personally I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. Not sure what to complain about, the property they built or the management. The finish on the villas r worse then bad quality and management lies to ur face. B v carefully when investing with sweethomes
