Quick service. All done in 5 mins.
My Visa is Ajman.

1st step- Install MOI UAE App
2nd step- Visit Ajman Traffic and Licensing Department and take eye test (free for Ajman Visa holders)
3rd Step- Apply renewal License in MOI UAE App.

In case its showing documents are expired, you can show your latest emirates id and update from Traffic and License department Ajman. Then try again .

Total fees 415 aed including eye test and courier charge which you can pay online after applying renewal in MOI UAE.

Reception is all over very good but there is one mallu guy who is taking all the customer cell and giving the password of wifi and saying that go in google map and rate this application with 5 star.what is goin on over thereif police wants to take the actions then you can check the camera also of 25th of aug timing is aroung 9.All around everything is good they are serving breakfast free drinks free ALHUMDULILLAH thanks ones again.

Officer at the reception is very helpful. I was to renew my driver's license and he directed me to the correct location, Ajman Driving Academy. Finished the process in 20 minutes; eye test and online application. Now just waiting for the card to be delivered! Thanks!

This place can give nightmares to you. I visited to pay a traffic fine with black points and no customer service officer at reception. Only 1 counter out of 10+ was open for service. Informed an officer that i wanted to pay the fine with black points and he directed me to the counter where i had to wait almost for an hour for my turn only to receive the direction towards their new customer service center named "speed car testing" something.
The previous officer could have told me that to save my 1 hour.
No friendly service at all. The worst gov Office I've ever visited

No proper customer service or support during evening time i guess because that's when i went there . Kiosk payments takes 24 hrs to update at the main office (had to call customer care center from the main office to know this). U don't get answers to your doubts that's the most frustrating part. Pls recruit atleast 2 Asian help desk agents as majority customers are of Asian origin .

Minus 1 star.. A SUPER SLOW SERVICES.. We are here more than 1 hour.. Or maybe we will wait for another hours to finish.. Really hope it will be done. Time consuming.. Disappointing.

Very bad service. The no. provided just rings. No one picks the call. For a world class city administration department I expected more. If you want you can hire an Indian guy who is available for cheap salary.. Improve the services. worst experience.

Trying to find information is like pulling a knife out of my eye.. called multiple times to representatives who didn't speak English and was transferred to an empty line that rang out until call ended. There isn't even office hours for me to find out when I can walk in and visit.

The website is the worst I've seen, no opening hours. No FAQ, No contact details in the contact us section You have no choice but to get there in person. I sense the service will be just as awful in person as the poor staff must be severely overworked when their website could be a lot more productive and save man hours.
