Went to buy fish and taken 2 to 3 varieties of fish out of one the fish counter guy is telling we won’t clean. I asked why, then he responded saying we sell this at cheap price so we won’t clean it. Then I met outlet manager and addressed the issue and his answer also same. My question is when you can’t do why you want to keep that item. Remove from your list. Or charge separate for that particular item whomever want they clean there. Please lulu group try to hire good outlet managers.

Worst customer service ever in my carrier. All the electronic products are very bad quality. I brought a electronic toy and a LG sound bar on 23rd December 2017. The toy got defective in a week and the sound bar was not working in a month. When I went for replacement they told us that the problem in the power adaptor and it will not cover and warranty. We paid the money and still we have to wait for 2 weeks to get my replacement back.

Great place to shop great prices. But the arabic food items like hummus and tabouler are not good, and they have divided the sections where you have to pay first at one floor take your bags to the next floor to buy bathroon items and then submit your bags to the customer service. Quite a hassle in these things. But overall great for shopping!
