The typing centres next to the court are horrible, no queues followed, people can speak in a language and get past the queue.
No proper crowd control, no one understands basic english and prefers not speaking with you, if you do not speak a language.
And few of the members, do not want to do the work once they realise there is a lot of typing or documentation, they keep forwarding you to another counter.

Super tired from 3 days regular and still don't know what to do..we are waiting from 2hours at end said counter closed 1pm.. Without token the people's are going

Bad customer service experience I ever had, wait me 3 hours just to get the case paper. Excused that the printer is not working.
Also majorly of the customer service crew only speak Arabic except few who can speak and understand English, Hindi and Urdu.response / report this review -

I guess people don't understand 1 start & 4 star difference its a sh** place specially if you are non arab & you don't know Arabic. Its a court of a country where 80% Expat living who know English but in court its hard to find & to solve your problem if someone file a complaint of 1 AED fraud means you are not biggest criminal before the court decision. Stories I heard & seen like horrible.

Recently the court was renovated and now much better organized than before
For some reason you have to stay 2 to 3 hours waiting for your time if you have something to do here
You better be Arabic speaker or accompanied by one.though the staff know English.

رجاء من مدير ادارة الدعوة النظر بعين الاعتبار للمراجعين حيث نقضي اكثر من 4 ساعات في الانتظار لانهاء مصالحنا بالاضافة لسوء التعامل من السادة الموظفين الغير اكفاء بالمرة و نظطر للمراجعة اكثر من يوم حتى ننهي معاملتنا

This is a place filled with good quality staff, the staff most of them especially are very helpful.They understand your problem and help towards solving your problem. But like all places there are a few who do not even want to listen to you.
(Special mention) The Prosecution desks and the Appeal desk towards the right of the entrance of Ajman court is filled with very good hearted people. May God bless them all to help more people in distress.response / report this review -
