Ground floor building only but it's too big. Variety of shops here. I visited this place fore several times and I know this place it's has lots of shops. Only cheap and items are there.No branded items. One ATM centre here and lot of people waiting for here Q.

Visited on Friday it’s open at 2 PM best time to visit after 4 PM Lot of option available on clothing and home furniture and electronics toys. You can get everything you need but need to walk too much it’s every section is very big. Very affordable price and need to bargain for the pricing.

This mall comprises of all that you need in shopping. It’s very much crowded in weekends. Better time to visit is weekdays since you get much time in shops to spend without the crowd.

Best in the country in terms of prices for cheap and fake goods.
Has really good discount centers such as wallmart discount center.
Last month and for the past few months they had a festive vibe in the front, serving bbq food and concerts at times.

Huge and prominent Mall in Ajman. It was a long awaited visit for us. We had a great expectations with this mall in term of value for money products, but sadly, could not meet our expectations I.e. Cheap product with bad quality and Good quality product with high price. Having said that, worth visit mall, can find lot of unique stuff at cheap price.It's a "you name it and have it" mall. It is just a smaller version of Dragon Mart in Dubai. My recommendation go and spend some time, will worth ur time.

It's no doubt a huge mall with so many stalls. But problem is that they all selling almost exactly the same thing. 90 percent shops are either selling toys or decorations and decorations stuff. It's very difficult to find stuff.

Layout is rather confusing, you will have to go in to every single corner just to see what is being sold in the mall.

Prices are deliberately increased which in most cases ridiculous. You will need a lot of time and patience to negotiate. Not worth the visit.

I thought this place would be like the dragon mart but no it was really bad. Things are very expensive, the place doesn't look good at all, most of the staff are not good they are kinda not kind. The toilet was so dirty and it was stinking very badly, i wanted to pray my prayer and it was kinda difficult to find the prayer room and there wasn't any option to do wadhu(ablution) I have visited on Friday and there were lots of people, and the worst thing is the parking, i have waited around 30 minutes to get the parking. Overall experience was pretty bad, I couldn't even buy a single thing from there. Hope you find it helpful😊

Found it cheaper than Dragon Mart. Sales person also more friendly, they dont get angry when you bargain the price. Parking are easy. Not much food oulet. Quite far if you stay in Dubai.

China mall in Ajman. You can find pretty much everything that can be thought of which is manufactured in China. The shops are owned by chinese. I gave a 4* because all the Chinese shop owners are always in their phones..

The mall maintenance found of inferior quality. Most of the shops in the mall is not occupied. Many shops found with the label " for sale". The mall timing also insufficient, weekdays upto 10pm and weekends upto 11pm. The cost of items are not that cheap, marginally reduced from outside. The mall outside area is full of warehouses and ambiance not pleasant. One time visit can be done.

China mall is always a blast. This is the one place where you can literally buy 'anything'. The best part is almost everything is negotiable and the more you spend in one of the shops the bigger you discount becomes. That's why it is sometimes better to find 1 shop that has everything you want and negotiate from there.

You can find here reasonably priced products not only from China but also from other countries since the shops are owned by freezone companies. You can negotiate for the last price. Nice place.
