Unfortunately the place not following Covid 19 precautions,
There is lack of Customer care culture even in the way how some of employees deal with customers.

Worst service I experienced in UAE ever, I had to pay for each parcel I received more than the price of the item inside the parcel itself !! When I tried to explain that to the employee he gave me an attitude and told me take it or leave it !!!

Very Clean, has seats available for waiting. Everyone is very helpful and know their job. if you are sending packages then you can get boxes from small to large which is 30 keg max.and its for 10 dirham you can also get the box plastic wrap for 20 AED. The guys there help out with packaging and then they seal it nicely, They charge you depending on the weight of the package. The charge you wore if you want the package to be sent sooner which is a reasonable price. Typing centre and stationary shops are close by. Sometimes finding parking can be a challenge.

Very good place..absolutely quick service. Staff I'd quite friendly and cooperative. Next to it you have a typing center that helps you finish all your documentation work.

I have been there last week to collect my family Emirates Id. Maximum two or three customers was there. But it took 20mins for me to collect the EID. I was amazed by the behaviour of the security and the person who is issuing the parcels They are so rude to the customers and they don't want to hear anything from the customers . Person who is issuing parcel may be from India or Pakistan always chewing pan and behave worse to the customers.bSuch a useless guys for this job. Fortunately they are working in UAE. If they do the same in India they will be punished by the public itself.

It’s relatively clean and nice, but it completely fails people in customer service. Out of 6 counters only one is working hard and actually doing the job, everyone else is doing something else, and just being lazy.
Much improvement needed one counter serving over 30 people and little if any progress from others

I had been here a month ago, after completing my night shift to collect my wife's EK ID card. Had a very bad experience I must say.
The local or Irani lady staff at the counter 5 was very rude. No greetings, smile or thank- not even the basic acknowledgement of someone present in front of her.
She first asked me to get the receipt of the EK ID application. When I asked het if it was possible to do wzout it, & if an Electronic vs would suffice (since I had it on my cell phone), very rudely she replied to get a printout.
I rushed to a Typing centre across the street and returned to her in less than 8 mins., but she asked me to collect another TOKEN. When I tried explaining to her, that I was already tired and stressed out and I returned after a long night shift, & also that I was wz her juz a few mins back and had only gone out to take a printout as per her requirement- she just repeated herself like a machine wz a straight face, to 'TAKE COUPON'.
Wz no odr option, I took another coupon and waited for my turn, that took 30 mins.
She literally threw the Emirates ID card whilst handing it over to me. Very rude gesture of her.
Pathetic attitude. People at the Fish Market are much friendlier.
She is in dire need of a 'Customer Service Training' session and ought to be made aware of not just how to treat her Customer, but also how to deal wz a human being.
Yet another horrible experience yesterday evening. This time I was prepared and brought the EID receipt. No one present at the Token counter. After waiting for 7 mins, some one comes and gives a token. Very crowded- waited for 30 mins for my turn. The same rude robot lady at counter 5, now asks to get a copy of the expired Emirates ID. Its like they change their policy/ requirements every time.response / report this review -
