  Worst airline of all time , took my very first flight on feb 26 flight G9627 that faced “a technical problem” while it was actually already on the runway with all the passengers me included , got us all trapped inside for 4 hours till it was resolved and we waited inside the plane not even off it,till they fixed it and arrived extremely late and now tonight on flight G9621, supposed to fly an hour ago and we are all still at the gate 🤦🏻‍♂️ last time to ever fly with them, avoid by all means

  I am writing this review while I am traveling in one of their service bus from Abu Dhabi to Sharjah, believe me the service really sucks!! There are very annoying and very loud noises in this bus and it won't stop at all. I am experiencing the worst ever travel of my life.

  Located next to crown plaza hotel on Hamdan street. This office provides flight ticket booking service, ticket cancellation service, rescheduling of your iternerry for tickets booked for airarabia flights.. you can also book bus from here for sharjah airport but this is only for airarabia customers. Service staff is good.

  Although they have good customer service in head quarter in Sharjah but not in branch.. they have too high post sales services charges (like for any change in tickets)
