Worst Experience. I went to the emergency just now with my wife and kid . My wife was sick due to food poisoning. She was vomiting and had diarrhea. They made us wait in the emergency for almost 30 mins and after that a male nurse came to me and says that there is no enough bed and facilities as of now to provide the necessary treatment and if you want to go another hospital it’s better . Oh my God !!! The peak of professionalism and Service .

Overall good services. Had experienced gynae department. The staff is nice to patients. special thanks and credit to Dr Soumya for her compassionate attention and professional care, making her patients stress free in their difficult time.

Have been visiting Ahalia for more than 10 years because of the experienced doctors but their pharmacy services are very poor. Lack of staff during weekends when patients are more. Had seen one staff only in the pharmacy working while 20+patients are waiting after taking tokens. Ahalia management should look into it.

I really wanna find the person who wrote this & make him wait in sick department, I swear he will burn this paper after one hour of waiting. Not at all worth it people, under staffed. Waited 3 hours for a blood test & the best part was there was just 2 patient

We came here for my 4 year old daughter accident who got heavy blood. We came to emergency but no one really care. They made us wait 45 min. She was bleeding the whole time. They argued about the insurance and payment only for the whole time. No treatment and not even first aid. Worst hospital I faced in my life. Only money minded. No real care or response. Never visit here.

Worst hospital ever... hygiene is horrible, mostly if not all are Indian Dr. who happen to be very bad (couldn’t even spot an ear infection - which almost killed me while driving or give me medicine for my allergy) and the doctor keeps burping without apology or even trying to simple ‘not do that!’. Some random person walked in during my dr’s appointment and she just sat there, a technician lady that wanted to check the system!!!! Like seriously... have they heard of privacy? And even WORSE is he let the cleaning lady to come in and clean around, do the dust sweep the dusty floor - like dude, I’m here because I have allergies, and you let her come in an do dusting! I swear, HAAD should come and close this dirty, incompetent place down!

Even if we have appointment they will give priority to walk In patient only if the walk in patient is malayali.. Here piriyarity not for appointment patient only for malayali people..

This is to inform all moms staying near mussafah d mbz city ....PLZ DON'T GO TO AHALYA HOSPITAL MUSSAFAH PAEDIATRIC DEPARTMENT especially to meet Dr sudheer ......my 1.5 yr old baby was suffering from cold d runny nose I went to this hos on April 28 d I got appointment for this Dr he gave me one syrup d two nasal spray d told if it is not getting reduced meet after 5 days.....again I went to meet him on 4 th may becoz my baby's cold didn't get reduce d also cough started ....I told all symptoms my baby was showing d he told me to go for x-ray ...after examining x-ray he told there is no problem just continue the med which he gave d prescribe for a new nasal sprays.....d if it is not getting reduce meet him after 5 days......on 7 th may my babies cold become fever ....with that severe cough d high temperature was also there ......so I decided not to go to same hospital ....I went to LLH d met Dr sridevi.....because of this high temperature d fever she did a thorough check up d find small infection in blood ....now after taking Dr sridevi ' s med my baby feel better ...d recovering ......I saw another mom with her baby in LLH who faced same issue becoz of this Ahalya hospital treatment ... So I strongly requesting all mothers PLZ DON'T GO TO AHALYA HOSPITAL MUSSAFAH.......

Second to Home. Very friendly staffs and the facilities are fantastic. Dr Priya( dermatologist) makes it easier for her patients. Well done.
Though I can't leave out the long queue especially for basic insurance card holder.

Doctors are good but extremely poor administration patients and by standers need to wait for hours, even after consulting the doctor I am staying here for bloodcheck now without any reason, I am not in a queue nobody is here to do that very very bad experience

yep ! infrastructure is good but I really upset with Dr. Anil night shift ENT surgeon , receptionist told me he will come at 5 pm but he came at 6pm. then I went to meet him ... I start saying 2/3 words ..but he start writing without listening my whole symptomes ... he gave me 200 Diram medicine some of them are really useless ..I asked another physician he told me some medicine is not need to me ... so I found that he is careless mad doctor ... I want to do my nose surgery but I will not visit that doctor now .. he don't care seriously about patient health ..
