Extremely bad service and more than unprofessional. Paid $12k premium a year and they declined 300$ claim for total unjustified reasons. I felt like been stolen. Also call center were not helpful, with no smart guidance, and very arrogant !!!

These people do not communicate. When they do, its a call center in Philippines. If you are in a stage of choosing your insurer, think of someone else.
