  Terrible experience was made to wait for over an hour despite being on time for my appointment and was not satisfied with the service received. Will defn not be going here again

  Terrible customer care. I had an appointment for my 6yrs old son with the ENT dr. and only 4 mins to the appointment I was asked to reschedule to an hour later as they did not have any nurses or doctors available to assist us. This was our first and last visit.
