I don't advice kids to join this pleace since their is no segregation between adults and kids and their is no CCTV

It's a pretty nice gym in Abu Dhabi. I would strongly recommend this to anyone who would like to get into fitness or even martial arts. They have the equipments & their staff are awesome. If you are choosing a gym, you must try & visit Adrenagy for sure.

The facility is amazing and they have all state-of-the-art gym equipments. The best gym I have ever belonged to. not intimidating because it attracts so many different types! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
