With such a high price and "hotel standards" as they mention on their website, I decided to try Adams Care on 13 August. However, now I wish I had just gone for a company on Groupon as I have done in the past. Ten days after the service, I complained that there was still a smell of dust in the air when ac units were switched on. They sent a technician to check the issue and all they did was spray a scent to mask the smell and were in and out within 15 minutes.
This didn't resolve anything and there was no follow-up. I expected a much higher standard of service based on their marketing. This isn't the case, the dust smell is still happening one month later and they denied a refund and only offered to send a technician again to advise further. I also had to request before and after photos 3 times, despite this being mentioned in the scope of work. I finally received the photos Aug 26 almost 2 weeks after the initial service.
Still hoping for some resolution with regards to fixing the dust smell, however, the Customer Service team is only giving excuses.response / report this review -

Very happy with the service. They came to Fujairah on time, the work was done professionally, they cleaned up after they were done, so there wasn't much mess. The AC was cleaned really well, will book them again.

Very unprofessional and irresponsible company. Most important for them was to take the money but they didn’t clean properly AC and didn’t come back to finish cleaning the same. Wouldn’t recommend their services at all! 👎🏻

From the time I have contacted Adamscare, they have been very informative and patient with the services they offer. It was very easy to book an appointment and all i needed to do was provide few details and a location pin. The staff handling the cleaning are very kind and attentive and show you examples of what they are doing before they start. They did a great job and i would highly recommend them again. I had an amazing experience with the Adams care crew.
The ac cleaning team reached dot in time and completed the work professionally ensuring all the furniture were covered well before cleaning. Once the service was done, they ensured to clean after themselves and explained the functionality and process of what they did.
But my favorite were the furniture cleaning team. Such a helpful and joyful team, who sincerely ensured all services were done 100% and were timely.
It's rare to find such a professional team and company who were so responsive and fast with thier turn around time. Restu assured, I will continue to use this team of professionals often for my home.

Very happy customer! We cleaned our mattresses and carpets with Adam Care and the service the team provided was excellent. Very friendly team that went the extra mile to provide us with the best service possible. Will definitely book them again.

I wanted deep cleaning for my soft furnishing as I have two very small children and a husband prone to allergies. The team first visited for a demo and later to carry out the service, I found them to be extremely professional and thorough. They were also flexible working around the house. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a nice spring cleaning experience. Next time i’ll be using them for AC duct cleaning before the start of summers.

It took Adams”doesn’t” care over 2 months to get a simple AC “actuator” problem fixed. My AC bill was far too high during this time. After assuring me that all my AC units were functioning after being inspected and serviced, one of the ACs had a serious leak that damaged the bathroom ceiling. Another AC unit had the thermostat replaced but it was not installed properly and it was blowing too much air regardless of the fan speed. As it stands, I have three units that are all not functioning properly. I have two thermostats that need replacing. I have lost all of my patience dealing with this company. They take a long time to return my calls, they arrive 1-2 hours late when they do come, and you have to call them back fo follow up. I strongly recommend not dealing with Adams Care.
