  Extremely unprofessional! They promised to fix our AC for 400 AED.
  
  They haven’t fixed anything, the AC is working even less, bathroom was left in a mess and few hours later we noticed a water damage on the ceiling!
  After calling and asking them to fix their damage, they just claim they didn’t damage anything, that they have to work and ask to pay for 200 AED for a not even unfinished job, but for cuasing damage in our apartment!
  
  We are looking into legal action against this business now.
  
  They blocked to add pictures, otherwise you would see how our whole ceiling is dripping and color popped up!
  
  Don’t waste your time, nerve and money! Avoid this unprofessional scammers!

  The agent was responsive and arrived on time. He dealt with the issue of the AC professionally. The issue is almost resolved, but I am still monitoring the performance of the AC as I believe it's not performing 100% yet. The technician promised to come back if the issue persisted and I believe him, though.
