POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Came in 5:30 pm with number R-072, it was 7:00 pm already and number was still R-065. I was famished and anytime I will be hypoglycemic. So I decided to eat and came back with number R-071 on going. So I've waited holding my number but they did not cater me and told me to get another number. So I explained I've waited for almost 2hrs and went outside to eat but they did not consider that and not even sorry for the poor service they've shown, making me famished and wasting my hours for nothing.
