the coop in abu dhabi mall used to be nice place and the staff used to be hepful, now they attack you and you dont see a smile even, i encountered one staff from coop and she was talking in rude way so i complained and the manager in there did nothing and he told me he cant do anything since there is no staff to hire!! this manager should know that clients first because clients affect the business, if you have rude staff no body will lilke to go there

Disgusting!!! Even by the 7th of October still no cigarette stocks. And I do not care to hear the excuse of "not yet delivered" again either. A giant brand like Coop should have made preparations as soon as price increase announcements were made. Will never do shopping at any branch again, nor will I recommend to any other person to do so. Eventually found what I needed at another Supermarket who MADE THE EFFORT to supply their clients in spite of the new tax implementation.

As an optional hypermarket you can find it in Abu Dhabi mall, Needs more update with more quality item as and customer handling at the same time the lighting is too dark need to be install more lights.

Co-Op in Abu Dhabi Mall used to be a popular destination for grocery shopping in the past, but cannot rival its current competitors. If you're looking for basic amenities, you can find them here. However, produce, dairy, and other food-based groceries are not as fresh here as they are in KM or Lulu.
As a result, Co-Op is never really buzzing with crowds and generally is a quieter, more dreary place to do shopping.response / report this review -
