we had a very good experience at city terminal today. morning when my family went to check in due to some technical spelling error in our tickets there was some problem for check in but the officials there especially Ramsey riyaz went out of their way to solve it thanks

A helpful service from abudhabi airport for downtowners.you can check in from this terminal and drop your legages.a sevice charge of 30 aed need to pay for this sevice and they are only accepting credit/debitcards.only etihad users can check in and drope legages between 24 hrs and 4hrs of journey.for non etihad users 12 hrs and 4hrs.basicaly start from after 9 AM.

Very good option to drop luggage and get boarding pass early to make hassle free travel. For Etihad passengers it was free but from October 2017 they started 30 AED charge. Located in the heart of Abu Dhabi’s business district and within easy reach of many major international hotels, the City Terminal is easily accessible offering convenient early check-in for you and your luggage.

City terminal of Abu Dhabi is good facility for check in. Now a days service fee of AED 30 , they are charging.

Abu Dhabi City Terminal is the most convenient place to get checked-in for a flight from Abu Dhabi International Airport . Passengers can get their boarding cards and submit their baggage almost 24 hrs to 5 hrs prior to departure. When you are reaching the airport you can go straight to passport control or e-gate directly without queuing for check-in. It is the one and only such facility in middle east ,I think. Start your Journey from the Heart of the City is the slogan of this marvelous center. The service fee is only AED 30/- per passenger. The municipality bus service for Airport is starting from this centre in the city . You need a Bus Card to use the bus service. AED 4/- is the bus charge. There is bus service to Airport in every 45 minutes. Hence with 34 Dirhams you can travel as a VIP .

Also here you can by the duty free raffle ticket- BIG TICKET. There is a
facility for baggage wrapping too. Easy parking is another added advantage.

This is an excellent work that you can drop off the luggage and get boarding pass from there.no need to carry luggage with us for an airport.In my view this is a better solution.You can save your time also.and staff of this terminal also excellent.

For check in - Only one "passenger" need to go there with all luggage, if a single ticket contains many passengers. You can leave kids at home and get boarding pass for all, and go directly to airport.

Excellent service. One can check in their luggage and get a boarding pass 24 hours before flight departure. Even get a boarding pass and available free shuttle service to Airport. Wish they have at leadt one more centers in Abu Dhabi. This one gets too crowded, specially in holiday season. Thank you Etihad and Abu Dhabi Airport.
