I have not received my shipments almost two weeks from now, even though I have explained that my time is limited and that I work between Dubai and Abu Dhabi , they advised me to choose a convenient delivery time, which I did, and they sent me a Whatsapp message to schedule the delivery, which I did, the due date is today as we have agreed.Now that I am tracking the shipment, there is nothing. They informed me that it would be delivered on Monday.I do not understand why you are creating this system if you are unable to manage your work and assist clients.The delivery will take place on a day when I will not be available, we arranged by system to facilitate your work and my goals..

I've encountered some challenges with timely deliveries with Emirates Post. After providing all the necessary information and agreeing on a delivery date, my shipment arrived two days later. This has happened more than once, and I believe there’s room for improvement. I hope those in charge can enhance their processes for a better experience in the future.
This is where I check my mom's working mail (of course with a proper mailbox key), especially being told to do so at any time. But that was previously - quite a long time ago; the last checking was like 3 to 4 months ago, and really not much for today's time.
Not only work-related mails, but also for those who knew YouTube as their one of the main sources of income - known as "Google AdSense", those kind of mails are delivered to this location officially. One time before Ramadan (2024), when I asked about my address verification for enabling monetization of my YouTube channel, in the customer service area - they actually handled me several mails, like it had 20 to 30 of them... how could I ever imagined that I was not alone! I searched those mails one by one gradually and carefully, but not a single name of mine was there.
Finally, I returned all of those unopened mails, asked about it and they told me this: to receive my own mail from AdSense, they require the PO Box in order to be delivered as soon as possible. And yeah, after for few days, I went back to the post office (not the customer service side) and then checked inside of the PO Box, and yes - it had just arrived that's so fresh and so satisfied!
Overall, they're just really good as is, no such problems were made.
Also, their post office section (not the customer service side) is probably 24/7 if I'm not mistaken, and accessible to anyone as well.
Visited today. Last visit was few years ago. They rebuild it, looks good and very comfortable waiting area. But waiting wasn’t long anyway, 13 windows was working. Good job, Emirates Post.
I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Emirates post. I visited the office on a Friday based on the timings listed on Google Maps, which indicated that the office would be open until 8 pm. However, upon arriving at 6 pm, I found the office closed and inaccessible.
This discrepancy between the advertised timings and the actual operating hours is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Emirates' post professionalism and reliability. Not only was I inconvenienced, but I also wasted my time and effort due to misleading information.
One of the worst service empost this is My 4th time experience very bad behaviour the delivery center guys and I paid delivery charge also they didn't contact by WhatsApp or phone call very bad service of empost why they doing this business then I don't know very bad experience unprofessional courier in this emirates every customer complaint the same story when I was here to collect
This my first time to the new look Emirates post office... Very good service I recommend for any sending and receiving parcels. I I strongly recommend it.

The post office were completely refurbished and renewed to high standards.
Collection of my package was very smooth and took few taps on the system.
The team at the post office were very helpful and welcoming, didn’t hesitate to spend extra time to help answer all my inquiries.
Hope all branches will be transformed to this high standard.

Very poorly managed post office. I went to collect my 2 parcels. Only 1 counter was open for parcel collections, waited for almost 45 minutes for my turn and when my turn came the counter staff pushed me to another counter and that counter guy without any courtesy asked me to wait till another 3 more customers to finish, then I walked away without collecting the parcel. Worst service ever experienced from an UAE Governed office. Poor staff!
Only 1 counter was open, was filled with people. Took about 40mins to reach my turn.

A delivery from Dubai to Abu Dhabi will enter its 3rd day tomorrow .. and god knows if they will deliver it or no. They are unprofessional and have no respect for customer or timing.
The worst carrier in UAE, no respect for timing given by their call center, always delayed in delivering shipments and they always have problems if the shipment address is outside Abu Dhabi city. 👎👎👎
Very long que and not enough people woking
I came here to collect my US visa and it was a total mess. Three employees were chatting with each other and their counters were closed while more than 40 people were waiting, and only 2/3 other employees were working. Very old place and not enough seats. I came here at around 1:30PM on a weekday, I recommend you come earlier for visa collection.
