Booked the Dubai city tour Old and New Dubai sightseeing tour with Viator many months ago to take the tour when visiting Dubai from a cruise. I contacted them using Whatsapp to ask the pick up time and was messaged back 8.00 am. By this time, we were already on the cruise and realised the ship did not dock until 1.00pm. Finding Wifi is not easy and very expensive on the ship, but I was able to message them again to ask if there was an afternoon pick up. The reply was Yes, but there would be an additional $200 dollars to pay. Thankfully we were able to cancel the tour through Viator for a full refund, but I was so disappointed to not be able to take the tour.

Booked an "Old and New Dubai City Tour" through Viator add it was very good. The guide, Mohammed, was knowledgeable and friendly. The places visited were varied. However, a couple of locations we spent longer than we probably needed to, such as the Mosque and Gold Souk. Minor points, it was still a very enjoyable tour for someone on limited time to get a great overview of life in Dubai.
