  They don’t just do sales , they make customers for life as they are LOYAL . For ABC Cargo , customer satisfaction is the main propeller and here I am giving my testimony.They have such a smooth hand over that I am moved to massive lengths and therefore this review. So I sent a cargo to Mumbai in February 2020. Soon enough covid had spread and as a preventive measure Mumbai went under lockdown. This is where the team of ABC Cargo came together ( Read Mr Abhilash Vijayan who is Escalations and sales head and Mr Krishna who is heading Mumbai division )came together and brainstormed as in how to save my packages. They told me they would guard them and kept three huge boxes safe for so many months till things became better. My sister is still away but the packages are safe under the protection of this wonderful organization. They could have said ,sorry but we can’t help. Instead they went that extra mile. A very Big thank you again to Mr Vijayan and Mr Krishna for taking care of us and a big shout out to Mr. Muhammed Nishad the General Manager under whose guidance the team goes to those extra lengths and makes all their customers feel cared for because of their courteous treatment. Well done !!

  Abc cargo is the worst cargo service.
  You better throwing your stuff in trash is better then handing them to deliver
  They are so unprofessional that they don't even receive your call And by change they received they will give you a number. When you call on that number there is no one to pick your call

  i don't even want to give a single start to this dirty company.
  
  i request everyone not to use this cargo service even if they give it for free.
  i have sent 3 parcels to Hyderabad and its more than 2 months , no update from these people every time they give new stories.
  CS guys says that the manager is off and he is only person in Operations . i guess if he resigns then they have to close their office. There is no HR guy in this office who can report it to management. or might be the management is involved in this gambling.
  This office is worst than a cafeteria as these people are unskilled, unprofessional and not fit for organizing the work.
  i don't understand how did they even get the job.
  
  useless people sitting over there and have no control on anything.
  They are just taking salaries and not doing justice for what they are paid.
  
  Shameless fellows.
