  Dropped off my car and got it repaired under Oman insurance and on the day of the pick up, I notice that my rear bumper been scuffed and scratched in several places. I’ve been told to wait as they polish it out. Currently waiting to see the result of the polishing out of these scratches and scuff marks. If not satisfied, I’m going to make a huge complaint to Oman insurance.
  
  All other service such as reception, greating etc.. are just procedure and shows nothing more than just formalities.

  The staff is not cooperative at all they even don't know what they are doing. The paint of my car was not done properly even they took more time to solve the issue but even then they were unable to fix the problem. The new parts they replace for my car was all not original. So I highly not recommend visit this body shop.

  My friend recommended this place. Accidental damage repair was done as communicated and within the commited time frame. Amazing work done by Mr. Prejith and team. Definitely recommend this place!

  Average place. They change windscreen and didn't seal it properly. Wind came to saloon during driving. I bought a silicon and seal it by myself.
