Terrible experience. I paid fully for the items I ordered. They aren’t able/willing to give me proper fitting shirts after three/four tries. Each time they tell me it is fixed, I go to find out that nothing was fixed.

Polite customer service, but because they are busy they take a lot of time to deliver and sometimes don't stick to their deadline. Also way over priced. And the final product is good but not what you pay these kind of prices for. I've had a blazer and a shirt tailored. I have another blazer and shirt that I bought from Massimo Dutti and Tommy Hilfiger years ago, and they fit me much better! I think unless you have an irregular body type where you need to customize, shopping from a good brand would be much better and cheaper than Allure.

My husband's favourite in Abu Dhabi. His boss recommended the place, but now we are recommending it to everyone we know. Friendly staff with good service. Unfortunately, they do only men's tailoring :)

Very poor service.

Overall it was a very simple job of shortening trousers. None of them came back shortened in fact two are unwearable no idea what they did to them but they don't even fit and there still the same length ! and one of them they made no changes at all! Tried calling multiple times kept being told to call back or they would call back again and again which they never did, so eventually gave up.

Also I didn't appreciate being starred at like I was some garbage on the floor employees should learn some manners.

Complete waste of money and time terrible experience and customer service. If you have a lot of money to waste go for it!

Way overrated tailoring, and customer service.
Actually, I’ve been treated much better in your regular cheap tailoring shop than here.

It was clear they only care about their business, and their favorite customers.

Don’t be fooled by the shop luxury appearance, there’re better shops out there.

A step above the usual fare in the Abu Dhabi bespoke fine tailoring scene. A bit pricey though. But the quality on offer is top notch. A very Jermyn Street / Savile Row experience.

Bad service, I had to visit the shop for 10 times literally to get a suite, then I had to use another tailor to fit the suite again before I could use it. Also don't get tricked by fabrics. The real tailoring happens somewhere else, so every tiny change they should send it to the factory. I don't think I will use the suite for longer as the fabric really sucks
