WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We bought a wedding ring for a relative and requested it to be engraved. When we bought the ring, we checked the sizes that they had to send for engraving, they even wrote it in our receipt. When we came back to collect it, the size of the male ring they engraved was wrong. Instead of apologizing for THEIR mistake, they blamed it on us, and even asked us to pay again for replacement. As a matter of fact, they can also double check the size before sending for engraving. I will never buy in this store again, they have the worst customer service!
